Cars and Crosswalks

There is an ongoing problem on main street in the city I live in. Ever since the City has refurbished downtown, people have forgotten how to drive. When your driving your car, your supposed to stop at a stop sign in front of the crosswalk, not ten feet beyond it. People are constantly pulling their cars halfway into the intersection, and then making their stops. Those same drivers then continue to cut off other drivers, who have been waiting their turn to go through the intersection. Not only is this annoying and inconsiderate, but it's dangerous.
