Holy life happens fast!

Not sure when I'll be on here next, so I'm posting while I can remember too!!!

For starters - I got a job, and moved AGAIN. I'm living on the beach (well half a block from it) and working at a car shop. So far I love where I work, and there's a few changes that need to happen at work for me to love it there too. As of two days ago I was informed those changes were going to happen (without me asking for them to). Basically there's an idiot guy working there that is great at screwing things up. They didn't tell me this but they hired me to basically replace him for the most part, and he'll just be a minor asset.

didn't have internet for a while, but have it back now. Got my own little apartment half a block from the beach. Don't have much stuff yet, but I'm working on it! LOVE this place, couldn't dream of anything better - other then it being RIGHT ON the beach.

Hope all is well, going to try to read up on stuff now!

YIPEEE, indeed. I suppose ...

YIPEEE, indeed. I suppose you are aware that the San Andreas earthquake fault is over due for a spasm, and as one who lives so close to the beach, (you say) you will probably die in the quake, or the tidal wave that is sure to inundate your residence.

YAY for you AK!!! never ...

YAY for you AK!!! never mind what anyone says about the beach! and remember what I've been thru back 4 years ago....August 29.....well U KNOW what I'm sayin!!! anywhere you live you gonna have to deal with SHIT! so we just DEAL!!

Yipee is right Walter - where do you live at again?? I should be getting pretty close to you, let's meet up sometime!

Blanco - you sound like a dumbass. I can't tell you HOW many faults are over due, I spent the last 5 years in Alaska living with earthquakes every day. And my city has an awesome Tsunami warning system, and I'm not far away from safety (about 6 blocks).

In fact we had a tsunami warning yesterday that turned out to be nothing. I'm more afraid of the sneaker waves - those happen EVERY storm.

I know what you're saying ...

I know what you're saying Dawn - I knew the risks when I moved here, just like I knew the risks when I lived in Alaska. No matter where you live you're going to be risking something, and I'm not afraid of mother nature. You just gotta respect her and be prepared. Shit, I spent 5 years in Alaska, my "emergency kit" is pretty packed!!!

Walter - you're a lot closer then before!!! Come on up!

LOL YOU come on down! (c;}

LOL, MV, but we are talking OUR beaches! You should try them once. Oh sure, there may be a lot more clothing than you are used to, but still. (c;}
